Madison Trust Group is operated by the Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation (WLCC), a tribal corporation wholly owned by the Wakpamni Lake Community—a federally recognized local government under the Oglala Sioux Tribe. WLCC is incorporated under and governed by the laws of the Oglala Sioux Tribe and the regulations of the Wakpamni Lake Community. WLCC operates independently of the Oglala Sioux Tribe and is recognized as a sovereign tribal corporation. All correspondence should be directed to WLCC.
Madison Trust Group adheres to applicable tribal and federal laws. State laws, lending regulations, and interest rate restrictions do not apply. Loans are available to qualifying applicants with a valid checking account, active email address, and working phone number. Funding typically occurs the next business day following approval, with some exceptions. Services are not offered to residents of IL, AL, AR, DC, MA, MD, MN, NY, PA, SD, VA, or WV.
Installment loans from Madison Trust Group are designed for short-term financial relief and are not suitable for long-term financial planning. Customers with credit challenges should consider seeking assistance from a non-profit credit counseling agency. Only one active loan is permitted per customer. A new loan may be requested only after a prior loan has been paid in full. First-time borrowers may be eligible for up to $1,000; repeat borrowers may qualify for higher amounts.
Submitting a loan application constitutes a formal credit request. Madison Trust Group may verify applicant information via third-party services, including Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, Clarity, DataX, Factor Trust, and Microbilt. A credit check may be conducted to assess eligibility and repayment capability.
